Our Process

The RBC Process

A Clearer, More Supported Way to Plan Surgery in Thailand
Private, clinically reviewed, and carefully coordinated from first assessment to recovery in Bangkok.

Private Assessment

You share your goals, travel dates, language, and photos.
We confirm what is needed for a safe assessment.

Note: Photos are confidential.

Surgeon Matching + Safety Review

We match your case to the right surgeon based on your goals, anatomy, and procedure.
A board-certified plastic surgeon also reviews suitability and safety before moving forward.

Private Video Consultation

You meet with the RBC team and surgeon to review recommendations, discuss your goals, and ask questions.
We turn the consultation into clear next steps.

Final Quote + Bangkok Plan

You receive a finalized quote and a recovery-first Bangkok plan before deciding.
We explain the pricing clearly and plan around your stay.

Booking & Deposit

If you choose to proceed, a 15% deposit reserves your surgery date.
Before payment, we confirm the deposit amount and booking terms clearly in writing.

Arrival in Thailand

We coordinate the practical details around your arrival.
This may include transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital if included in your plan.

Surgery Day Coordination

We help coordinate the key hospital touchpoints, communication, and post-op schedule.
Payment note: The remaining balance is usually paid in Bangkok, typically one day before surgery.

Recovery Support in Bangkok

We provide calm, private support during recovery, including check-ins, coordination, and follow-up planning.
Where appropriate, gentle recovery-friendly outings may also be arranged.

Follow-Up After Surgery

Our support continues after surgery, both in Bangkok and after you return home.
Reassurance: We don’t disappear after surgery.
